What is Nimbreathe?

Nimbreathe is a breathing and mindfulness app designed to help you take calm, guided breathing moments throughout the day.

Is Nimbreathe a medical app?

No. Nimbreathe is a general wellbeing and mindfulness app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Do I need an account?

No. Nimbreathe does not require an account or login.

Why does Nimbreathe ask for my name?

Nimbreathe may ask for your first name during onboarding to make the app feel more personal. This is used for in-app wording and gentle reminder messages.

Why does Nimbreathe ask for notification permission?

Only if you choose to enable reminders, Nimbreathe asks for notification permission so it can send gentle breathing reminders at the time you select.

Why does Nimbreathe use Apple Health?

If you allow it, Nimbreathe can save completed breathing sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes so you can track mindfulness activity alongside your wider wellbeing data.

Does Nimbreathe track me?

Nimbreathe does not use advertising tracking or third-party tracking SDKs.

How do optional support purchases work?

Nimbreathe may offer optional “coffee” support purchases using Apple In-App Purchase. These are voluntary tips to support future development and do not unlock required app functionality.
